Our beautiful edge grain cutting boards are designed by laying strips of premium walnut, maple, and cherry hardwoods side by side. By ripping the strips in varying widths and changing up the mix of hardwoods, we create unique design patterns for each edge grain board. Typical mix is approximately 50/25/25, you can pick the dominate hardwood below.
